Kora Terms of Use

By downloading or using Kora you agree to these terms.
What Kora is, and is not
Kora is an education and tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Its stage estimate, readiness score and training and nutrition suggestions are general information and do not replace a clinician's advice. If something is new, severe or worrying — especially bleeding after twelve months without a period — see a clinician. If you have any doubt about your health, talk to your clinician before starting a new exercise programme.
Kora Premium
- A Kora Premium subscription opens four things: the adaptive 12-week strength programme; the patterns in your log on the Insights screen; as many two-week experiments as you like; and a new clinician summary whenever you need one. Your first experiment and your first complete clinician summary are free, and so are every log, every safety note, and exporting or deleting your data.
- The price and length of the subscription are shown in the app and in the store before you buy.
- If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the paid subscription starts.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same length and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription on iPhone under Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, and on Android in Google Play under Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own rules.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use Kora for personal, non-commercial purposes. On iOS, Kora is provided under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Liability
Kora is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. These terms do not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
